Returns Policy

Because String Crafts customizes design orders and specifically creates each instrument, there is not a standard return policy. However, String Crafts will honor any returns for any gross errors that have occurred in the manufacturing process, and would be glad to either reimburse the customer or to fix any errors in the instrument.

The customer has a window of five (5) days from the placement of the order to change any personal preferences they have, as well as cancelling the order altogether.

Shipping

Though String Crafts only has 1 store, shipments will be honored throughout the continental United States. Shipments will occur as soon as the products are ready, and customers will be able to view the progress of the instrument as it is created, completed and shipped.
