• What kind of products do String Crafts offer?

We offer a variety of different models, from basic quality to premier quality. We offer different styles, including either 6 or 12 string models, passive or active quality pickups. Although the models are color coded for purposes of the website, you are allowed to leave a message with your desired color along with your order and we will accomodate your request.

• What makes String Crafts products different than its competitors?

The market for guitars has been well-established and is fairly stagnant, especially with the large amount of used guitars in circulation. String Crafts brings the element of customization, and we work with our luthiers to establish a unique and identifiable brand that allows the customer to have an innate connection with their instrument. You aren't just buying a guitar- you're buying an extension of your music ability and prowess that reflects your own character.

• What is the return policy?

Please check out our Shipping & Returns page. To be brief, a short window of 30 days is permissable to cancel an order. Returns are not standard, since the instrument is unique and specific to the order. 

• How long is the turn around for a guitar order, from initial purchase to my hands?

Given the nature of a custom-made guitar taylored for an individual's interest, we need time to assess the criteria and perfect the guitar. With current demand forecasts, we estimate that the process will take about 2 months to complete.

• How can I share my experience with my friends?

Join our Facebook page, and spread the good news! Feel free to take photos with your new guitar and upload them. Our agents will reward publicity efforts with breaking deals and coupons, so be sure to follow up with us on your purchase.
